Cheit v. San Francisco Boys Chorus and William Farmer was a 1994 civil case based upon Ross Cheit's recovered memories of abuse by William Farmer in (San Francisco Superior Court: civil settlement with SFBC, default judgment against Farmer, 1994) (Plumas County Criminal Court: warrant and criminal arrest, 1994). Cheit's testimony was corroborated by other victims and by tape-recorded admission, and resulted in a civil settlement.
